Topkapı Palace

Fatih Sultan Mehmet ordered the construction of the Topkapı Palace in 1460 after conquering Istanbul with the extraordinary tactics in 1453.

The Maiden Tower

The Maiden's Tower is a structure built on a small islet off the coast of Salacak, in the Bosphorus near the Sea of Marmara, that is the subject of legends and rumors.

The Byzantine era's only surviving artifact in Üsküdar is the tower, which has become the city's emblem. It has a historical history dating back to 2475 BC.

This island, which first housed a tomb in the Greek period, was used as a customs station with an annex built in the Byzantine period. During the Ottoman period, it was used as a defensive fortress, exile station, quarantine room. It has never lost its function of guiding people with its main task and its presence for centuries, and at night with its winking flashlight to passing ships.


Galata Tower

Galata Tower is a historic tower located in Istanbul, Galata district. The tower was built by the Genoese who settled in Galata in 1348 to protect their regions against foreigners.

Rumeli Fortress

Rumeli Fortress, located in Sarıyer, Istanbul, covers an area of 30 acres. It is a fortress built to read in the form of "Muhammad" in old letters when viewed from afar. Completed in as little as 90 days, the fortress has three large towers and the largest bastions of the castle in the world.
