Istinye Park is a shopping center located in the Maslak district of Sarıyer district of Istanbul. The construction of the shopping center, which was started at the beginning of 2003 by Ömerler Architecture and DDG Group and the preparation of the project drawings, started at the beginning of 2005. Istinye Park, which was completed in March 2007, was officially opened on 19 October 2007. One of the general features of this project that distinguishes it from other shopping centers is that some of the shopping stores are located outdoors. Another distinctive feature is the use of the marketplace concept with sales departments specialized in specific subjects.

Architecture

There are approximately 300 stores and a 90,000 m2 shopping center, as well as a parking lot with a capacity of 3,200 vehicles. In its construction, 600 thousand cubic meters of excavation, 20 thousand 500 tons of rebar, 156 thousand cubic meters of concrete, 430 thousand square meters of reinforced concrete formwork, 194 thousand square meters of floor covering, 2.7 km of railings, 21 thousand square meters of facade cladding were used. The building, which has a floor area of 45,000 square meters, has 64 escalators. Unlike other shopping malls, 12 movie theaters are located on the lower floors of the building.

This wonderful mall opens at 10:00 in the morning and closes at 22:00 at night. 14:00 is usually the most crowded time of the store. There are 291 stores inside this mall.
