Tepe Nautilus, Tepe Emlak Yatırım İnşaat ve Ticaret A.Ş., one of the companies of Bilkent Holding. by Turkey İş Bankası A.Ş. It was established by leasing the land belonging to the Members Supplementary Social Security and Aid Fund Foundation (TİBAŞ) for 49 years.
Tepe Nautilus, with an area of 155,000 square meters, has been operating since September 2002 in Kadıköy Acıbadem, one of the leading residential areas of Istanbul.
