The 2020–21 UEFA Champions League will be the 66th season of UEFA's elite association football competition, and the 29th since the European Champion Clubs' Cup was dubbed the UEFA Champions League.

The Ataturk Olympic Stadium is located on the edge of Istanbul, about 20 kilometers from the city centre. It's just off the O-3 highway. 

The stadium has been connected to Istanbul's metro system for a few years, with line M3 providing direct access to the site. The Olimpiyat station is on Istanbul's Line 3 in the city's northwestern outskirts. Many central destinations would need at least two transfers.
