International schools are necessary in Turkey because Turkey is a very culturally diverse country with citizens from different backgrounds. Due to this diversity, there are lots of foreign students in need of international schools in Turkey. Luckily enough, there are many international schools that use American, Canadian, IB or British curriculum. They teach in English and provide qualified international education in many fields.

There are more than 70 schools in Turkey that are counted as international schools.
