Galata Tower
Galata Tower, which has a distinctive and impressive roof, is one of the most impressive landmarks in Istanbul. Throwback in history, the tower was built in the 14th Century and it was nearly 38 meters above sea level. It was used as a prison in the 16th Century and a fire tower in the 19th Century. Now, there is a cafe and restaurant in Galata Tower and a souvenir shop at the entrance of the tower.
The tower creates an amazing opportunity to see Historical Penisula, Princes’ Island, and Golden Horn. This is why Galata Tower serves as a popular tourist site, plus, you can observe 360 degrees view of Istanbul at the top of the tower! Do not worry about the height because there are two elevators that take you to the top!

Pierre Loti Hill
Pierre Loti Hill is a popular touristic area with an open air cafe that sees Golden Horn. The cafe creates a beautiful sight from 55 meters hight. The hill took its name from a famous French novelist who lived in Istanbul for long time.
The hill is very popular with its view. Plus, there are boutique hotels and a big graveyard around the hill. There is also a telescope for you to see the view in detail!

Camlica Hill
Camlica Hill offers an amazing history of Istanbul. It is the highest hills in Istanbul because its height is 265 meters above sea level. Located in the Asian side of Istanbul, Camlica Hill includes numerous cafes and restaurants. You can drink your Turkish coffee while watching beautiful sight of the city!

Buyuk Valide Inn
Buyuk Valide Inn, which is located close to Grand Bazaar, has more than 300 shops. In Fatih District of Istanbul, Inn’s terace has become very popular because of the view. Even if the entrance is only 1 TL, terrace is closed now due to the collapse around the roof. However, it would be amazing to take pictures when the terrace is fixed!

Mihrabad Grove
Mihrabad Grove is an amazing grove overlooking Bosphorus. Located in Kanlica, Mihribad Grove covers an area of 25 hectares. It is a very peaceful place to rest and listen to the nature’s voice. Around the grove, you can also have an open buffet breakfast or dinner at the weekends.
