Schools for foreigner kids in İstanbul

In İstanbul, there are many international schools for the foreigner kids. Since İstanbul is a large city with a diverse crowd, there are many foreigner students. For them, there are international schools and these schools are really important because not a great number of people in İstanbul know English, and these students may not know Turkish well enough to attend Turkish classes. So, internation schools for foreigner students are a must.

International schools use English as the main instruction language. The classes are taught in English and they follow either an American or a British curricula. Even though they create a foreign-based educational environment, they also put emphasis on blending the cultures and helping the foreigner students integrate with İstanbul by embracing its whole culture. These international schools are good for foreigner students since they offer instruction in English and follow Western curricula as well as putting importance on the integration of the students with the culture they live in.

There are many options to choose from when it comes to finding a proper international school

Other than these schools, foreigner students can choose to go to universities in İstanbul. Boğaziçi University, one of the most prominent universities in Turkey, teaches in English. So, it is proper for foreigner students. Also, in many universities in İstanbul, teachers and professors know English very well and can choose to give lectures in English to provide international education.
