Since 2004, MSA, The Culinary Arts Academy of Istanbul has been delivering Professional Chef’s Professional Pastry & Bakery, Professional Food & Beverage Management, Professional Barista, Bartending and Mixology education programs. In the restaurant of MSA, students currently studying professional programs work both in the kitchen and in the service, completing their internship within a real restaurant experience.
In other words, in this kitchen, our instructor chefs are teamed with their students; the brilliant chefs of the future. The restaurant menu is in line with the curriculum of the school, having both local classics from the Turkish kitchen, including foods inspired from Istanbul street food, and popular foods from across the globe, all-time favorites from the MSA kitchen, much loved by our staff and our students.
Our instructor chefs and students present these ever popular dishes and drinks with a personal touch in an unmatched atmosphere the museum guests and to all food lovers.
